Job Title: Field Service Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Field Service Engineer with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive on-site service to customers, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing and maintenance, repairs, calibration and validation of our full product range.
* Conduct post-installation commissioning inspections and coordinate and schedule site visits.
* Record and manage job reports using our online CRM system and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
* Provide both remote and on-site troubleshooting support as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field-based or technical service role.
* Working knowledge of renewable energy systems is highly desirable.
* Background in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems is advantageous.
