We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead and HRIS data analyst to support the people function in a high performing corporate environment. You will have a strong knowledge of HR policy, reward, recruitment and compliance reporting systems, and you will have a high level of competency in using excel, power BI, MI reporting and data mining.
Along with excellent problem-solving skills, you will have the ability to project manage systems optimisation and spearhead process efficiencies and best practice through high quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the HR system as a super user point of contact for all system queries
* Ensure the HR elements of payroll, pension, leave and annual compensation cycle are administered, ensuring accurate record keeping in the HR system.
* Data management and quality checking processes are in place and implemented.
* Support Finance division with compensation & benefit reporting and analysis
* Support senior stakeholders with MI/BI reporting and analysis to enable data driven decision making
* Support strategic people management through workforce planning and analysis
* Take ownership of and resolve complex issues that are escalated to you and provide advice to managers on standard HR procedures and policies.
* Ensure efficiency in staffing models, people planning, rosters and HR record keeping.
* Support the development of Standard Operating Procedure and maintenance of SOPs.
* Ensure system enhancements and HR projects remain compliant with relevant legislation.
* Train and develop employees to efficiently use the HR systems and reporting functions
* Identify talent gaps and future proof hiring and succession planning
Lead the data management and MI reporting through
* MI reporting and analysis
* Data entry and data validation
* Manage user logs, system administration security and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Degree level HR with IT/HRIS expertise, data management / data analytics qualifications.
* Operating in a similar role for 3 years + Global operations preferred.
* A solution driven individual with strong influencing skills, a pragmatic hands-on approach with the ability to make decisions based on analysis, delivering solutions to the business.
* Attention to detail and quality with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Computer literate with a good understanding of IT tools and MS packages.
* The ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
* An excellent communicator with the ability to design and deliver presentations.
* A HR systems super user and senior administrator.
* Excellent excel, BI, MI reporting and analytical skills.
* A passion for excellence and service delivery.
