Veterinary NurseLocation: Dublin 11A busy centre is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to oversee the day-to-day running of its veterinary suite. This sole-charge role involves managing the medical care and welfare of dogs at the centre, in foster care, and during post-adoption support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide and oversee medical care for all dogs in the centreManage the veterinary suite, appointments, records, stock and clinical administrationSupport the veterinary surgeon in surgery and consultationsDispense medications, maintain clinical notes and uphold hygiene standardsDeliver excellent customer care and support to adoptersParticipate in welfare reviews, training, and CPDThe role is currently MondayFriday, with occasional weekend or public holiday work as required.About YouRegistered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years experience in a busy practiceStrong organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsConfident working independently and using good judgementKnowledge of canine welfare and behaviourGood IT and administration skillsFlexible, reliable, and emotionally resilientFull, clean, manual ROI driving licenceExperience in a welfare or shelter environment is an advantage.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of dogs in need.Applicants are invited to submit a CV and cover letter outlining their suitability for the role Required Skills:
