European Business Growth Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve building relationships with key partners and suppliers, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert on the European Food-to-Go sector and drive the development of Kepak sales with key accounts.
* Responsible for delivering agreed commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated accounts.
* Support our Market Entry Strategy by developing new and existing customer base with a focus on cooking, sampling, presenting, and selling the Kepak product portfolio.
* Responsible for effective account planning that is fully aligned with Brand Plans to deliver consistency of execution and maximize return on investment for the business.
* Develop effective working relationships across all relevant key functions within the business.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the food/food-to-go industry.
* Fully qualified driver's license and eligibility to work and travel across the EU.
* Strong communication skills and exceptional abilities in building and creating customer relationships.
