Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines
* Taking instruction from senior members of the kitchen team
* Following HACCP guidelines at all times
* FOLLOWING standard operating procedures for duties assigned
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date HACCP Level 2 certification, manual handling certifications, professional chef qualifications (minimum level 6), valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions, passion for creating high-quality food, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
