We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring performance meets business and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, preferably in a B2B service or facilities business. They will also have strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients, and flexibility to travel sites across the West of Ireland when required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage existing contracts to ensure performance and KPIs meet business and client expectations
">
* Help and encourage the team to achieve financial results and consistently perform exceptional customer service
">
* Client-focused management and outstanding customer service
">
* KPI Management, working with on-site Supervisors to ensure obligations under the contract are met
">
* Budget management, controlling contract budgets to ensure effective management
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Experience in contract management in a B2B service or facilities business
">
* Proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational, contract, commercial, and project management
">
* Management exposure in a client-facing role, with minimum 3+ years of multi-site contract management experience
">
* Excellent communication skills, experience in building relationships with clients
">
* Flexibility and ability to travel sites across the West of Ireland when required
">
