In the area of change management and communications, you'll help the Firm navigate transformation and connect effectively with stakeholders.
Your role will involve partnering with the business to design change strategies, evaluate readiness, and develop communication plans that support smooth transitions.
You'll also contribute to initiatives around employee engagement, training, and cultural evolution—ensuring changes are embraced and resistance is minimised.
As part of our team, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.
Responsibilities Change Impact Analysis: Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people across the organisation Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to understand change requirements and communicate effectively Change Planning: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including timelines, resources, and communication strategies Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of change activities and produce regular reports for leadership Training & Support: Support the creation of training materials and facilitate sessions to prepare teams for change Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and propose mitigation strategies Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to change management processes and tools Compliance & Governance: Ensure all changes align with Firm policies and regulatory requirements Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or project coordination Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and change management tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira)Preferred Skills Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous Important Notes We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
