Site Operations Manager
The ideal candidate possesses mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications, preferably at L7 level, accompanied by experience in hands-on fault finding on all aspects of operation/production equipment.
* Fault find problems with the assistance of documentation and OEM support whilst working alongside various shift teams.
This role will collaborate effectively with maintenance teams to promote good working relationships. It will also oversee day-to-day management responsibilities for a busy site operations team which includes both organisational and hands-on elements during 39 hour work weeks from Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30).
