The Menopause Hub continues to expand. We are looking for an administrator/receptionist for our Santry Clinic, D9. This is an exceptional opportunity, and an immediate start date is ideally required. Experience of working in a GP surgery is essential.
The Role:
* Scheduling and managing patient appointments
* Assist patients with initial paperwork
* Answering the phone and taking patient questions
* Taking payments
* Filing, updating, and organizing patient records including Update and maintain patients' health records
* Planning and coordinating laboratory tests and services
* Sorting, opening, and answering mail
* Transcribing medical information for doctors
* Answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service
* Collaborate with doctors to help with medical examinations, schedule tests and order supplies
* Ensure compliance with procedures
* Chaperone procedures
The successful candidate will have
* 4 + years of medical administrator/ reception experience in a GP practice (essential)
* Experience of Socrates Practice Management
* Excellent computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong technical ability
* Strong communication skills
* Flexibility
* Strong ability to multitask
* Friendly and upbeat demeanour
* Ability to work fast and accurately under pressure
* Salary: commensurate with experience
