Job Title: ReceptionistLocation: Shabra Group Head office, MonaghanJob Type: Full-timeSalary: €29,500- €31,000 per annumShabra Group is currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a front-facing position and being the first point of contact for the organisation. This role is key to maintaining Shabra Group's reputation for excellent service and efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. They will be a team player who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to Shabra's core values of quality, sustainability, and community.As Receptionist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors.Duties will include:· Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers· Managing incoming calls via a busy switchboard and directing them appropriately· Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner· Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared in advance· Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier services· Maintaining the reception area to a high professional standard· Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries where required· Providing general administrative support to various departments· Data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documentation· Assisting with office supplies and stock control· Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and GDPR requirementsKey Requirements:· Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities· Professional appearance and positive attitude· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· High level of discretion and confidentiality· Strong attention to detailDesirable Skills & Experience:· Experience working in a corporate services environment· Familiarity with switchboard systems and booking software· Knowledge of office practices and procedures· Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.· Commitment to Shabra Group's values of sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.Shabra Group is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination in accordance with Irish employment equality legislation.Job Type: Full-timePay: €29,500.00-€32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountWellness programWork Location: In person
