Key Responsibilties & Duties:
Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
Ability to communicate with the Kitchen Managers, Chefs and Front of House Management and Staff
Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Maintain clean and hygienic shut down of kitchen, washing floors, cleaning, sinks, machines, etc
The ideal candidate for this position:
Previous experience working in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Thorough attention to detail, excellent time Management skills
