This newly created role reflects the group’s evolving global structure and will be instrumental in shaping and expanding its treasury capabilities.As Treasury Manager, you will become a key member of a high-performing finance team, taking ownership of group-wide treasury operations.Strong project management abilities and technical expertise in treasury systems are essential, as you will lead key transformation initiatives — including the selection and implementation of a new Treasury Management System.This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, forward-looking organisation that values collaboration, inclusion, and professional development.About the positionLead global cash management activities, including positioning, forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding strategy development.Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, such as bank account management, intercompany financing, and foreign exchange oversight.Design and implement global cash pooling structures while enhancing banking relationships for operational efficiency.Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management SystemIdentify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).Partner with IT, finance, and external vendors to automate manual processes and ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with ERP platforms.Identify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.About the personBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline;
