Technical Support Agent Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to provide assistance via chat or email during regular working hours.

* A minimum of 2 years experience in Technical Support at Tier 1 or 2 levels
* Experience with web development technologies such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Knowledge of PHP and other programming languages
* Ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues
* Fluent communication of complex ideas in English
Candidates with a solid understanding of web development and inspection tools, as well as experience with Web Servers and infrastructure, hosting, cloud, and SaaS, are highly desired.
The ideal candidate will be able to break down complex processes, guide users through technical explanations, work under pressure, and thrive in a remote work environment.
