Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned technical talent acquisition specialist with 3-5 years of experience in engineering, pharmaceutical, or construction recruitment and outsourcing. They must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and negotiate commercials.
This role involves sourcing and selecting technical personnel for clients, managing an active database of clients and candidates in technical, pharmaceutical, and related industries, identifying proactive methods of recruitment, and continuously improving the service to clients.
