Job Description:
The Construction Lead will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This includes managing a team of construction professionals, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and implementing best practices in safety, quality assurance and industrial relations.
* Pre-construction duties include detailed review and liaison with design teams, model reviews, preparation of constructability reviews across every facet of the build.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech/pharma or related industries. A degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering is required along with excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
