Accounts Receivable- Shared Service Specialist (18 month contract)
This fixed-term contract is for 18 months. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated business professional with an outstanding track record in cash collection functions across Accounts Receivable. The candidate should have exceptionally strong credit control and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a rapidly changing environment, with strong reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of credit control processes
* Work closely with other departments regarding query resolution of claims
* Ensure all billing is communicated to customers ahead of payment deadlines
* Liaise with warehouse ops and customer service on AQ flow from tickets
* Escalate any problem areas to management teams
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hospital locations and HSE - regular meetings
* Analyse aged debt reports and customer statements for reconciliations
* Receipt payment and allocation monthly
