Manufacturing Process Technician
The role of the Manufacturing Process Technician is to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. As a key function in the successful operation of the production line, the technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain equipment performance and reliability through proactive management and troubleshooting.
* Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation for equipment maintenance procedures and training materials.
* Support new technician hires during on-boarding and provide guidance as needed.
* Perform functional testing and inspection of products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Requirements:
* Level 6 or above in Engineering or equivalent (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering).
* Minimum 5 years experience in a technical role in a similar field.
* Demonstrated experience with automated equipment maintenance and electrical/pneumatic systems.
* Strong initiative, work ethic, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
* Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Knowledge of manufacturing process optimization techniques.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex machine faults.
* Proficiency in MS Office and technical software applications.
