TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector based in Limerick to recruit a Temporary Grade IV Medical Secretary.
Location: Limerick City Pay scale: €19.30 - €29.77 (depending on verified previous relevant public sector experience) Full Time:35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Duration: 3 Month contract initially Immediate Start Main Duties Medical typing.
Provision of an effective and efficient reception and telephone service to the public and multi-disciplinary team.
Management of patient data, including processing, correcting and validating relevant data.
Maintenance of manual and computerised filing systems.
Provision of information and support to both the public and the multi-disciplinary team.
Adherence to GDPR Guidelines and to ensure that the privacy and confidentiality of Service User data is maintained.
Any other duties assigned commensurate with the position of a Grade IV Medical Secretary.
