We are seeking an accomplished educator to join our team as an Educational Psychologist. This role involves delivering innovative teaching, conducting high-quality research, and supervising student research at both Masters and Doctoral levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Innovative Teaching: Design and deliver teaching programmes at doctoral level, including research methods, to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Research Excellence: Conduct research that supports high-quality teaching in educational psychology and contributes to the advancement of the field.
* Student Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to students undertaking research at Masters and Doctoral levels, ensuring they achieve their academic goals.
* Leadership and Innovation: Take a lead role in driving innovations in research, teaching, and the field of psychology, fostering collaboration and excellence.
* Programme Administration: Contribute to the administration and organization of the Educational Psychology programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and quality assurance.
Requirements:
* A Ph.D. in Educational Psychology or a related field.
* An established reputation in research and teaching, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
* Experience in supervising student research, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
