Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to support our organization's goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and implement solutions that drive business results.
* Work closely with the leadership team to understand staffing requirements and develop effective solutions.
* Conduct selection activities, including shortlisting and providing candidate feedback.
* Manage employee exits, retirements, and career break applications in a timely and efficient manner.
* Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Provide guidance and support to line managers on company policies, including grievance management and discipline procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience working in HR, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
* A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
* CIPD recognition is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication, PC, and organizational skills.
* An ability to maintain confidentiality and influence stakeholders across the organization.
