This is an excellent opportunity for a company secretarial professional looking to work in a high-quality, client-facing environment with exposure to international structures and boards.The RoleAs Senior Company Secretarial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of client companies, acting as a trusted point of contact for boards and stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:Acting as the main point of contact for client companies and their boards of directorsLiaising with external lawyers and other professional advisersCoordinating, scheduling and attending Board, Committee and Shareholder meetingsDrafting agendas, minutes and board resolutionsManaging statutory and regulatory filings and maintaining statutory books and recordsResponding to client queries and advising on company law and corporate governance mattersKey requirements include:Degree qualified with a strong academic background1–2 years' experience in a corporate company secretarial role, ideally within an Irish legal or accountancy firmStrong knowledge of the Companies Act 2014 and CRO filingsExperience with Diligent or similar board portal software advantageousExposure to structured vehicles or aviation structures an advantageProficiency in MS OfficeStrong organisational, time management and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamWhat's on OfferMy client offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with strong long-term career prospects.
