We Are Hiring: Executive Sous Chef

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will:

* Manage a large team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment.
* Handle multiple tasks, including busy banqueting, outside catering, and volume production, with attention to detail and presentation.
* Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into consistent implementations.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain high standards of health & safety in the workplace.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus, buffets, and specials that meet market needs and align with the restaurant's concept.
* Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
* Assist in preparing the department budget and control costs to maximize profitability.
* Support outlet chefs in managing their kitchens with acceptable food costs.
* Focus on increasing departmental sales and profits.
* Adapt to industry and company changes in the Food and Beverage sector.
* Maximize employee productivity and efficient scheduling to minimize payroll costs.

The ideal candidate must hold a recognized degree in culinary arts and have at least 5 years of experience in 5-star hotels, including a minimum of 2 years at the management level as an Executive Sous Chef.
