My client, a well-established mid-size building contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, is seeking an experienced
Contracts Manager
to oversee apartment projects in Limerick.
Role Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
Lead project teams and ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved
Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Report regularly on progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up)
Strong experience in student accommodation or apartment / residential schemes
Excellent commercial, contractual and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Strong communication and organisational abilities
