With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of 4,000 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Onboarding & Employee Central). This role will support a major SuccessFactors implementation and play a key part in testing, data validation, reporting, and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU.Post go-live, the System Analyst will support the daily administration of the platform, ongoing optimisation, continuous improvement, and requirements gathering for future SuccessFactors enhancements. Strong experience with reporting and dashboards is essential and exposure to integrations is a significant advantage.ResponsibilitiesWill Include but not limited to:Execution of system testing (SIT and UAT), including test script creation, defect logging, and functional validation, testing of Integrations with downstream applications.Assist with data migration and conduct data validation activities to ensure employee and organisational data accuracy.Support configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of SuccessFactors (EC, Onboarding), including foundational objects, positions, time off, compensation, benefits, RBP and data integrity.Deliver reporting and data tasks, including Story/Ad Hoc reports, dashboards, data validation, and bulk uploads.Provide user support, assist with training and change management activities, and contribute to documentation, process maps, and governance.Support post-go-live activities, including system optimisations, enhancements, continuous improvement, and BAU operations.Track and investigate issues raised by users and support timely resolutionCollaborate with the Integration team to ensure seamless and error-free interfaces with various other systems (Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Resource Management, Training & Development)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR systems, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles, with hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors is a must.Strong understanding of HR processes including but not limited to Hire to Retire, Position Management, Absence / Leave Management, Compensation & Variable Pay, etc.Experience of Success Factors reporting tools and People Analytics.Knowledge of SQL and Power BI or similar analytics/visualisation tools.Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in documenting technical processes, including process maps, specifications & training materials.SAP Certification is desirable but not essential.Experience in a SuccessFactors implementation project is favourable.Exposure to System integration and APIs (IPaaS e.g. Workato) is advantageous but not essential.Why PM Group?Our benefits include:Flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid working policyAn employee-owned share scheme.
