Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
1. Timely opening of the shop, Monday to Saturday inclusive, in co-operation with other staff.
2. Ensuring that the shop is clean and tidy before opening for business.
3. Ensuring that customers are always treated with regard, respect and discretion.
4. Organising (in liaison with the Shop Manager and members of staff, volunteers) the collection, sorting and disposal of goods and maintaining stocks of out-of-season garments.
5. Assisting with the collection, delivery and storage of furniture and other donated items.
6. Ensuring that the shop is adequately stocked with clean, good quality items, correctly priced and labelled and presented attractively.
7. Ensuring that the till is not left unattended, counting the cash at the close of business, and delivering takings to the Shop Supervisor.
