Job Title: Area Service Manager

The Area Service Manager will be responsible for the overall management of services in the West Sector, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care in the community. The role is pivotal to our success, offering you the opportunity to lead, inspire and grow a team of carers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people supported, allowing for active participation and engagement.
* Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement where shared learning opportunities are optimised and national/international best practice is embedded.
* Lead and direct operational staff within services to ensure robust people management principles are embedded.
Requirements:
* A nursing qualification or a relevant third-level qualification in the Health/Social Care Sector.
* A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the Health Sector.
* A management qualification and proficiency in budgetary/financial management, employee relations and team management.
