Front of House Support Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Support Manager to collaborate with our management team in creating an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the leadership team by working alongside the FOH Manager to motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Set the example for outstanding service, handle guest queries or issues, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
* Develop and guide floor staff, promoting a positive team spirit and high service standards.
* Assist with managing rotas, table plans, reservations, and coordinating service between the kitchen and floor.
* Maintain adherence to health & safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
* Perform hands-on work as needed, whether it's greeting guests, running food, or managing takeaway dispatch to maintain a smooth restaurant environment.

Requirements:
* Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience a plus, but not essential if you're ready to step up).
