Job Overview:
As an Account Manager for Territory Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding existing customer relationships within the SMB and Mid-Market space.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, building strong customer connections, and delivering tailored business solutions that meet customer needs.
* Develop and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue expansion.
* Conduct thorough discovery calls and needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
* Effectively manage your sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and account plans, maintaining accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
* Foster long-term customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with sales leadership and partner networks to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive business success.
* Support strategic initiatives, product launches, and territory development projects.
Requirements:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred (or equivalent experience).
* 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to adapt to changing technology platforms.
* A results-driven attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
