Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client's EMEA team. This is a dynamic role focused on go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and large-scale campaign delivery across the Ads/Technology sector.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that educate, inspire, and engage business customers. This includes driving product positioning, leading events and campaigns, shaping customer journeys, and ensuring strong end-to-end project execution.
This role requires a highly collaborative, hands-on marketer who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Market Strategy
* Act as a subject matter expert on product(s) and features, informing both internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct market analysis to predict trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
* Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Campaigns & Customer Engagement
* Lead medium to large-scale campaigns (e.g., events, thought leadership programs, customer journeys).
* Map out customer experiences and ensure smooth delivery from awareness through to sales follow-up.
* Develop content and communication strategies that increase product adoption and customer engagement.
* Manage event execution, including long-lead planning, on-site delivery, and post-event reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Partner with cross-functional teams across product, content, sales, and partnerships to ensure alignment.
* Translate high-level narratives into customer-facing delivery that drives measurable impact.
* Engage stakeholders at all levels with clarity, confidence, and a collaborative approach.
Tracking & Insights
* Define and monitor success metrics across events, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Track KPIs such as audience reach, customer satisfaction, and sales enablement impact.
* Leverage data and user insights to continuously improve marketing programs and user experiences.
Requirements
* 6+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably within tech, advertising, or related industries.
* Strong end-to-end project management skills, with proven experience managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
* Experience with campaign management, brand positioning, customer engagement, and storytelling.
* Ability to analyze data and user insights to shape marketing strategies.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
* Previous experience managing teams or projects with multiple stakeholders.
