Project Scheduler Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing projects from initiation to completion.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all tasks are allocated and completed within agreed project timelines, while also optimizing engineers' workflows to maximize their time and resources.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations and address any issues promptly.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage projects from initiation to completion
* Optimize engineers' workflows to maximize time and resources
* Work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations
* Address any issues promptly and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a construction or regeneration environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving ability to address project conflicts and challenges
