We are seeking an experienced Registered General, Children's or Intellectual Disability Nurse to join our team as a Community Homecare Nurse.
This rewarding role involves providing holistic, person-centered care to children and adults in their homes, becoming a trusted and integral part of families' lives.
To succeed in this position, you will need at least 1 year post-qualification experience in a paediatric setting and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
