Job Title:

Human Resources Business Partner



The University of Limerick is currently recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to work within the Human Resources Division. The role involves supporting the delivery and implementation of the HR strategy, which provides a roadmap for how the HR Division best supports the achievement and spirit of the University's Strategic Plan.



* An understanding of organisational restructuring and change management programmes together with project management skills and experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Human Resources at a senior level, with a proven track record of direct interaction with, and accountability to, key stakeholders (e.g. line managers)
