Job Opportunity - Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale architectural precast concrete facade projects. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal resources to meet key milestones.
2. Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
3. Ensure full understanding and management of project scope and deliverables.
4. Maintain strong communication with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders.
5. Facilitate timely decision-making processes both internally and externally.
6. Ensure seamless project transition from tender stage to final client handover.
7. Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting throughout all stages.
9. Identify and resolve internal blockers to maintain project momentum.
10. Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage budgets and commercial performance.
Job Requirements
11. Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
12. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a project management role.
13. Experience in facade coordination is highly desirable.
14. Familiarity with 3D modelling for coordination is an advantage.
15. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
16. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
17. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools (. MS Project or Asta).
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
