The role focuses on leading the sites cross-functional sustainability program to deliver targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste, and Biodiversity. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of Clean Utility systems, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems, managing department budgets, developing a continuous improvement program, and building engineering problem-solving capability.
Requirements
* A higher-level engineering degree or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an engineering manager or other management role
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing clean utilities and sustainability in a pharmaceutical environment
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of relevant clean utilities systems, energy technologies, and other site facilities, as well as detailed knowledge of cGMP, utilities, and energy management.

* You should also have experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation and data analytics.
