Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Window & Door Fitter to join our expanding team.Key ResponsibilitiesRemove old window and door frames safely and efficiently.Fit new uPVC, aluminium, or composite windows and doors to a high standard.Carry out finishing work such as plastering around window openings, fitting window boards, and applying cover or trim boards.Work mainly in private homes, with occasional projects on commercial sites.Maintain a clean, professional work area and ensure customer satisfaction at every job.RequirementsPrevious experience fitting windows and doors (minimum 2 years preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Strong understanding of on-site safety and best practices.Full clean driving licence preferred.Own tools an advantage but not essential.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate and bonus payConsistent, year-round work.Supportive, friendly team environment.Opportunities for long-term growth within the company.Company vehicle or mileage allowance (depending on role and experience).ScheduleMonday to FridayOccasional Saturday work (optional/when required)How to ApplyInterested?
