We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Leader to drive our Human Resources function and foster a culture that supports business growth.
This is a key leadership position requiring a balance of foresight and hands-on delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across all areas of HR, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
* Promote the Culture and Values of the organization through smart and effective communication channels.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on people matters, culture, and workforce planning.
* Lead on strategic initiatives including organizational design, DEI, workforce planning, employee wellbeing, and talent development.
* Develop and deliver strong Key People Metrics and KPI reports on Turnover, Headcount, Performance, and Employee Engagement Scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a Head of HR or equivalent role.
* Proven track record in strategic HR leadership within mid-size or large organizations, ideally in a scaling or transformational environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR governance frameworks.
* CIPD-qualified (or equivalent).
* Master's degree in HR or related discipline is advantageous.
