Manufacturing Manager Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to lead our biologics manufacturing team at our site in Co. Sligo.

Job Description:
* Lead and facilitate safe and effective operations of the biologics manufacturing team in compliance with all safety, regulatory and organizational standards.
* Supervise and execute pharmaceutical processing activities to achieve operational objectives and provide daily updates on operational status.
* Provide leadership and motivation to maximize team effectiveness, clearly communicating tasks and goals to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science or a closely related discipline.
Desired: Master's Degree preferred.
Experience and Skills: 10+ years of experience in a pharma/biopharma manufacturing facility, with expertise in supply chain management, engineering, quality and/or drug development.
At least 3 years of direct management experience.
Strong technical knowledge and application of industry practices and procedures.
Proficiency in financial systems and fiscal control.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
