I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Temporary HR Admin Support role based in Galway. This position is a cover role for 3 weeks with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment & New Joiner Support
* Coordinating and sending out interview invitations
* Preparing and collating interview packs and supporting documents for hiring managers
* Issuing pre-employment paperwork and arranging pre-employment medicals
* Ensuring electronic personnel files are up to date and accurately maintained
* Monitoring the recruitment inbox and responding to applicant queries
* Tracking VDU (Visual Display Unit) assessments
Absence & Leave Administration
* Logging sickness absence forms and managing medical certificate records
* Following up on any missing IB1 forms or medical certificates
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly absence and leave reports
General HR Administration
* Managing the HR inbox and responding to internal enquiries
* Drafting standard HR correspondence and documentation
* Assisting in the preparation of the internal HR newsletter
* Raising purchase orders for HR-related services or supplies
* Keeping organisational charts up to date
Internal Communications Support
* Assisting in the creation and distribution of the bimonthly HR newsletter
* Supporting the coordination of internal HR events
* Producing posters, flyers, and intranet content
* Helping deliver key employee engagement communications
* Circulating weekly HR whereabouts updates
Ad Hoc & Project Support
* Supporting the HR team with various ad hoc projects and initiatives
* Providing general administrative assistance across the wider HR department
