The main duties will include:
* Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
* To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
* Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
* To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.
The ideal Candidate:
* At least 12 months previous experience in a previous receptionist role
* Warm, friendly, positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care
* Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
* Good communication skills required
* Organisational skills are a must
