As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of contractor clients, providing guidance, support, and expert advice to ensure a seamless experience. This is a client-facing role where strong relationship management and excellent communication skills are key.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships as their main point of contact.
