 
        We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticFood and Beverage Assistantto join our team inHilton Dublin Kilmainham.The ideal candidate must hold a permission to work on a full-time basis, will be customer oriented, have a can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.*Key Duties And Responsibilities:*To carry out all the Bars duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manuals.To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficientlyTo ensure all guest requests are met i.e. VIPs, Regulars, and Group Attendees & Special Requirements.To maximize in revenue, through up selling and additional sales, efficient recording of sales.To create a guest profile for all groups and/or individuals and update through the Fidelio systemTo follow up promptly on any guest request and ensure guest satisfaction is achievedTo process all charges for groups and individuals efficientlyTo maximize seating capacity with out compromising standardsTo be aware of relevant competitor information and market changes to suggest and support changes to our services / rates as appropriateTo ensure all staff are familiar with safe keeping, cash handling, credit policy of the hotelTo assist in the compilation and achievement of the Conference and F&B budgetTo constantly liaise with other departments to ensure all guest requests are attended to efficientlyTo be fully aware of any menu updates, hotel promotions, corporate promotions or special activities going on in the hotel/areaTo organize and assist with carrying out any reasonable guest and staff promotional events when requiredTo ensure we have a good working relationship with the support companies or groupsTo be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of products and make sure this is done in accordance to standards i.e. Beverage & Wine lists and Presentation Products & PropsTo ensure that all standards are met at all times*The Ideal Candidate:*Must have a friendly, approachable manner and strong communication skillsHas excellent organizational skillsHas previous relevant experience in a 3* or 4* hotel, desirable but not essentialPossess a hands-on attitude to workBe eligible to work full-time all-year round without restriction.
