Job Title: IT Systems Trainer
This role requires a skilled professional to deliver high-quality, engaging, and accessible training to end-users across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Workday (HCM and Payroll modules) and UKG (Time & Attendance system), ensuring employees and managers are confident and competent in using the new systems.
* Deliver face-to-face classroom/virtual training sessions or simulator tailored to different user groups.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training materials, timelines, and rollout plans.
* Localise and adapt training content to suit site-specific needs and user capabilities.
* Provide on-site support during go-live periods and gather feedback from training sessions.
