Senior Manager - Corporate Tax
A growing international professional services firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to join its expanding tax division in Ireland. With a strong international network and a collaborative, people-focused culture, the firm advises a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed and large corporate clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a broad range of industries
Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular engagement and meetings
Lead tax advisory assignments alongside Partners and specialist teams
Support workflow planning, technical development and team management initiatives
Coach and mentor junior team members, conducting appraisals and supporting professional development
Identify opportunities to provide additional advisory support to existing clients
Assist with business development and contribute towards the continued growth of the tax practice
Support revenue growth and profitability targets across the department
Candidate Profile
CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
Strong corporate tax or mixed tax experience gained within a professional practice environment
Excellent technical tax knowledge with the ability to research complex legislation
Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to multiple industry sectors would be advantageous
Commercially aware with an interest in advisory and business development work
