A multinational Real Estate company in Dublin City centre is looking to hire an ambitious Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and open to someone who is either newly qual or a few years PQE. However, previous experience within Property or Construction is essential. This can be from industry or clients in practice.
Salary circa €60,000 - €75,000 DOE PQE.
Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Accountant
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial and management reporting packs
Maintenance of all financial data relating to a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the integrity of the data.
Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that reporting commitments for each of your properties are met
Oversee the financial management of the portfolio ensuring all key reconciliation are completed appropriately and with supporting documentation.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of annual budgets, review budget variance analysis with Property Managers to identify and address key differences.
Analyse financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with Property Managers and Finance to respond to ad hoc queries and promptly resolve issues.
Build solid relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients and property managers.
Key requirements of the Real Estate Accountant
Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Accountant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, (written and verbal) with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to analyse problems, develop and implement solutions to generate immediate results.
Property Management accounts experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Property system knowledge (Yardi,Salesforce) desirable but not essential.
