Job Title: Retail Store Executive
We are seeking an experienced and motivated retail professional to take on the role of a Store Executive at one of our busy service station locations in Mullingar.
Role Overview
The Store Executive will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the site, delivering exceptional customer service and a high-quality fresh food offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Store Operations:
o Assume full responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the site.
o Ensure the store consistently meets company standards in merchandising, presentation and customer service.
o Deliver on sales, margin and waste targets.
* Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead by example with an approachable and supportive management style.
o Foster a positive, inclusive and team-oriented work environment.
* Inventory Management:
o Oversee the entire stock range and all stock processes within the site.
o Implement planograms correctly and ensure optimal product ranges are maintained.
* Administrative Functions:
o Complete daily cash reconciliation and cash control procedures.
o Process daily bank lodgements.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of three years' experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Store/Site Manager level) is required. Relevant skills include leadership, inventory management, customer service, financial acumen, time management, communication, teamwork and adaptability.
