We are currently expanding our Fresh Food Production Facility at Sleedagh Farm and looking for various positions across our production site.
Successful candidates will be working Monday to Friday, shifts can vary from morning shifts to evening shifts.
Title: General Operative
Relevant Experience: 12 months Catering Experience Desirable but not essential
Responsible to: Chef / Production Management
Main Purpose of the job:
To provide efficient, effective support to the chef and other personnel in the Kitchen department, and to demonstrate high levels of product knowledge.
Main Duties:
1. To actively live the brand values of being Genuine, Inspiring, Vibrant and Committed and to engage others to do the same
2. To adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures at all times
3. To wear full uniform including protective clothing, name badge and display a neat appearance at all times
4. To prepare food lines for sale.
5. To ensure product quality and accuracy of pricing
6. To be familiar and comply with all Health & Safety Regulations particularly those directly relating to your role and to report any breaches production management.
7. Completing documentation in relation to HACCP.
8. To carry out any other duties as requested by management / supervisors from time to time.
Candidates must have their own transport to get to and from the production site in Murrintown Co Wexford, unfortunately there is no public transport available near the site.

Pay: €13.77 per hour
