Castlerea Adult Services provides a range of community-based services including day, residential, respite, community outreach, family support, and multidisciplinary support services. People are supported in various settings—day centres, supported employment, social and micro enterprises, training, and education, either in groups or individually. Residential support is provided in individuals' homes in the community, with staffing levels tailored to support needs. We seek innovative, creative, and motivated individuals eager to contribute to this vision as part of a team. Flexibility, adaptability to individual needs, and openness to change are essential.
