We have a rare opportunity for a Personal Assistant supporting at the executive level to join us on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, ensuring calendar activities are reviewed and managed regularly.
2. Handling expense submissions efficiently.
3. Planning and coordinating extensive travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Supporting the production and coordination of executive reports and presentations.
5. Organizing internal and external events.
