This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation and take the lead on delivering people initiatives that truly make an impact.In this standalone HR role, you will be the primary HR point of contact on-site, working closely with local leadership whilst benefiting from the support of a wider HR function of the parent company. If successful, you’ll own a broad range of responsibilities from recruitment, onboarding and employee relations to driving L&D initiatives, change programmes and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.This position offers the best of both worlds: autonomy to shape local HR delivery, with the guidance and resources of an established HR function.
