Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and scale Kubernetes clusters across Azure and hybrid environments.
Build and optimise container orchestration frameworks for rapid, reliable application delivery.
Implement enterprise-grade observability, monitoring, and security for Kubernetes workloads.
Drive automation (Terraform, Python, GitOps) to eliminate manual effort.
Partner with developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Architect HA/DR solutions for mission-critical, regulated systems.
Mentor engineers and champion Kubernetes best practices organisation-wide.
What You Bring
8+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure roles, including
5+ years hands-on with Kubernetes
.
Proven track record delivering large-scale cloud migration projects in complex enterprises.
Strong leadership in regulated or security-sensitive industries.
Stamp 4 visa required.
Technical Skills
Expert with
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
, OpenShift, and Istio.
Strong IaC with Terraform; scripting in Python and Bash.
Deep knowledge of DevOps tooling, GitOps workflows, and automation.
Experienced with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and container security.
Preferred Certifications
Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305 or equivalent)
Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD)
AWS certifications a plus
